Groups Sales

A group consists of 15 or more people who team up for the purpose of receiving discounted rates. When you bring a group to Bear Creek, you'll receive one free lift ticket for every 15 purchased. If the group is booked prior to October 31, 2011, the leader will receive a free Off Peak Season Pass for the 2011-2012 ski season. Remember, space is limited for groups. Be sure to book early to guarantee your first choice of dates.
 

In order to receive discounted group rates, the group leader must reserve the trip date through the sales office at least three days prior to the visit. Group leaders must purchase 15 or more tickets upon arrival and must be present for all transactions. Further discounts are available for group trips before 12/24/11 and after 3/5/12, call the office for more information. ATTENTION ALL SCOUTS!

Girl Scouts can earn badges at Bear Creek Mountain Resort and counselors are on site to sign off on Boy Scout Merit Badges! Scouting at Bear Creek patches are also available for purchase.
 

Rentals:

Renters under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian's signature. All persons renting equipment must have a liability form filled out.

Pre-register for your rental equipment prior to your visit.

Snowtubing Sessions:

  •     Monday-Thursday: 5:30pm-10pm
  •     Friday: 3:30pm-6:30pm and 7pm-10pm
  •     Weekends/Holidays: 8:30am-11:30am, 12pm-3pm, 3:30pm-6:30pm and 7pm-10pm

*Special snowtubing sessions may be available for Midweek Groups of 50 or more. Holidays include Dec. 25, 2011 through Jan. 1, 2012, Jan. 11, 2012 to Jan. 16, 2012 and Feb. 17, 2012 to Fed. 24, 2012.  

Multi Session Plans:

Bear Creek offers customized multi session plans and discounted season passes for groups of 15 or more. Our popular, Six Session plan, provides the best value on multiple group visits. The flexibility of these passes allow participants to visit Bear Creek as a group or individually. All multi session passes used Monday through Friday, non-holiday, will be redeemed for extended day lift tickets.

Multi Session Plans may be used anytime Monday through Friday or after 4p.m. on weekends and holidays. For group season pass rates, call for pricing and details. PASSES EXPIRE AT THE END OF THE 2011-2012 SEASON.
